153 <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr..Spel"lman, made amotion to.suspend <br />the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on <br />three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS : None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />1VIr. Spellman, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 81-53. <br />Mr. Flynn asked if there were_any comments for discussion. <br />Mayor Beebe stated that Council might want to investigate the <br />depositories Mentioned in the ordinance. <br />Mr. Carmen.stated that this ordinance will allow us to have the <br />option of going to other banks to obtain a better rate.but that <br />it does not change our present.status with State Savings. <br />Roll Call: _9YES: All <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 8I-59, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 351.11 <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDI_NANCES OF MAYFIELD VIL.LACTE, OH.IO, FRQVIDING <br />FOR THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE HANDICAPPED AND <br />PROHIBITING OTHER PERSONS FROM PARKING, STANDING OR STOPPING A <br />MOTOR VEHICLE IN A PARKING LOCATION DESIGNATED FOR THE HAPdDICAPPED." <br />Introduced by Councilman Fred N. Carmen. <br />NAYS.: None <br />Mr. Carmen stated this ordinance would,require one handicapped <br />parking space for every 50 parking spaces provided and explained <br />other poin?ts of th.e ordinanee. <br />Discussion was held regardin.- the results given to us by the Ohio <br />Lisaster Agency regarding access to tlne Village Hall by handi- <br />capped persons. <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mr. Spellman, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read pn three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None P,:otion Carried <br />Rules Suspended
