<br />Mr. Flynn stated that Mr. Feneli had suggested this ordinance <br />be put on second reading. <br />Mr. Etzler stated that Chief Stevens had made other suggestions <br />for amendments to this ordinance that he felt had merit and <br />should be discussed at the next Caucus. <br />Council agreed to further discuss the matter at the next Caucuss <br />Ordinance 81-55 given second reading. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 81-57, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT TO <br />AMERICAN MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, CORP. IN,THE Ah40UNT OF TWO <br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00) FOR REPAIRS TO THE <br />CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM,IN THE VILLAGE HALL AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." AS DEPOSITORIES FOR CERTAIN INTERIll4 AND ACTIVE FUNDS OF <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD COMMENCING <br />NOVEMBER 26, 1981 AND ENDING NOVEMBER 25, 1983, AUTHORIZING <br />DEPOSITORY AGREEMENTS WITH SAID INSTITUTIONS AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY."
