<br /> <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Jillage of ivlayf ield <br />December 7, 1981 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session <br />on Monday, December 7, 1981 at 8:45 P.M. in the Village Hall, <br />pursuant to a written notice delivered to all Councilpersons <br />on December 4, 1981. Council President, Lawrence J. Flynn, <br />presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Carmen, Etzler, Flynn, <br />Spellman, ?vlrs. Hanus and Miss Trask <br />Absent : None <br />Also Present Were . Dale Feneli, Mrs. Ruggles ar.d Mr.s. Maynar_d <br /> Mr. Flynn stated the meetina was called for the purpose of <br /> accepting a bid for insu.rance for comprehensive liability. <br /> Mrs. Ruggles stated our presen t insurance policy will expire <br /> next 114onday, December 14. <br /> Mr. Feneli quoted the two bids received; Conway & Conway in the <br /> amount of $12;121.00, and Love Insurance Agency in the amount <br /> of $10,495.45. He questioned if Love Insurance Agency, as the <br /> lowest and best bidder, met al l the specificatio ns. <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated Mr. Sutton, our Insurance Consultant, had <br />reviewed the bids and he recommended that we accept the bid <br />of the Love Insurance Agency. <br />Discussion was held regarding our present insurance coverage <br />versus the specifications and the amount of coverage we have. <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated several vehicles had been deleted from the <br />new policy as they were. doitbly covered. <br />Mr. Etzler and Mr. Feneli questioned what vehicles were deleted. <br />Council requested that Mr. Sutton be asked to attend the Special <br />Council Meeting of December 14, 1981 at 8:00 P.M. to answer some <br />of their questions. <br />Mrs. Ruggles to ask Mr. Suttone
