This open portion is limited to discussion perta.ining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTBER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />CLOSING COMNIENTS <br />Mrs. Cinco asked when the best time to go out for bids on road repairs. <br />Mr. Metzung said the list must be prioritized and the dollars need to be determined. <br />Council President Fixler suggested this be included on the Safety and Service agenda. <br />Mayor Rinker said he is meeting with another group of inembers of the Mayfield United <br />Methodist Church Wednesday night. To the extent the Church and the Village can work <br />something out, he is optimistic: Discussions have been very encouraging. Mayor Rinker said <br />the first main portion of the church was built about 1946. <br />Mr. Plastine, in the audience, said it was built after the fire in 1945. <br />Mayor Rinker said they are looking at a number of different options. The church has grown in <br />membership and wants to meet that growth. <br />Mayor Rinker said Council will continue in its discussion with all Village employees (on wage <br />negotiations.) <br />AD70URNMENT <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adjourn. <br /> <br /> <br />11
