Mr. Brett and a member of <br />the FOP will serve. He asked Mrs. Cinco if she would like to be part of the committee. <br />Mrs. Cinco said yes. <br />The Health Care Task Force Committee will include Finance Director Philip Brett, a member of <br />the F.O.P. and Council President Pro Tem Cinco. <br />Mr. Brett has copies of quotes from other carriers. Larry Barrett, our insurance broker, has a <br />proven track record. There has been a number of years he has been able to maintain the <br />increases to zero. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />1Vlotion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution No. 97-04, entitled; "A resolution imploring the Department of Transportation for the <br />State of Ohio to modify the emergency vehicle cross overs on Route 271 Express Lanes within <br />the Village of Mayfield." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Fenante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 97-04. <br />Chief Mohr said there was an accident there several weeks ago that almost cost the safety forces <br />their lives. Chief Stevens wrote a letter that all the communities signed. This is a continuation <br />of improvements to make the safety forces' job easier and safer.
