He has secured the perrnits i'rom the <br />State. <br />STANDING COIvIlV1ITTEE' itEPORTS <br />Activities Committee <br />Mayor Rinker asked if anyone has seen the new banners. <br />Mrs. Cinco said yes; the colors could be more vibrant. <br />Miss Heath said `SOs Night will be held this weekend. A few volunteers are still needed. Please <br />let us know if you can assist. The next meeting will be held June 24 and another xneeting is <br />scheduled for July 2. <br />Architectural Review Board <br />1V1r. Samac said they met on June 12. Agenda items included two additions and a proposed <br />addition by Progressive for additional garage structures. <br />Board of Appeals <br />Mr. Samac said their last meeting was May 20. There was one item on the agenda which will be <br />discussed later this evening. <br />Cemeterv <br />There was no report. <br />Citizen's Advisory Board <br />Mrs. Cinco said there will be a meeting June 23. <br />Commission on Aging <br />Mr. Busa read the report submitted by Human Services Director Eunice Kalina. (A copy is <br />attached to the minutes.) <br />Safety and Service <br />Mrs. Cinco said the committee has not met. A meeting needs to be scheduled-the next meeting <br />will probably be held at 7 p.m. on July 7.
