This is the tlurd <br />reading and he wants to vote on the package tonight. ? <br />Mrs. Cinco said the first reading of the wage ordinance was on May 19. Their letter was dated <br />May 22, so they saw the ordinance before they wrote the letter. <br />A brief discussion was held. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fiyder, Mr. Marquardt and <br />Dr. Paxker <br />NAYS: Mrs. Cinco Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Second Reading?(and amendment) of Ordinance No. 97-25, entitled; "An ordinance revising the <br />zone map of Mayfield Village, Ohio, so as to amend the use classification of land of permanent <br />parcel nos. 831-11-008, 831-11-009, 831-11-031 located on Highland Road and tlle residential <br />portion of 831-12-043 from its Residential District, to Production/Distribution District." (First <br />Reading 6/16/97.) Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Diemert asked for a motion to amend the ordinance to include two additional pei-manent <br />parcel numbers. <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 97-25 to <br />include permanent parcel numbers: <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />IVAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Date of Publfc Hearing for Ordinance 97-25 <br />Since a 30-day notice of Public Hearing is required, Council will hold the Caucus and Regular <br />Council meetings on August 11, 1997 at 8 p.m. (instead of August 4 per their sumrner schedule.) <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair.
