Regular Council Meeting 7-7-97 Page 6 Council President Fiarler said they responded by coming up with the package. This is the tlurd reading and he wants to vote on the package tonight. ? Mrs. Cinco said the first reading of the wage ordinance was on May 19. Their letter was dated May 22, so they saw the ordinance before they wrote the letter. A brief discussion was held. Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fiyder, Mr. Marquardt and Dr. Paxker NAYS: Mrs. Cinco Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Second Reading?(and amendment) of Ordinance No. 97-25, entitled; "An ordinance revising the zone map of Mayfield Village, Ohio, so as to amend the use classification of land of permanent parcel nos. 831-11-008, 831-11-009, 831-11-031 located on Highland Road and tlle residential portion of 831-12-043 from its Residential District, to Production/Distribution District." (First Reading 6/16/97.) Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Diemert asked for a motion to amend the ordinance to include two additional pei-manent parcel numbers. Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 97-25 to include permanent parcel numbers: Roll Call: AYES: All IVAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Amended Date of Publfc Hearing for Ordinance 97-25 Since a 30-day notice of Public Hearing is required, Council will hold the Caucus and Regular Council meetings on August 11, 1997 at 8 p.m. (instead of August 4 per their sumrner schedule.)
