Parker said their next meeting should be held in mid-October. <br />Watch your mail for details. <br />Historical Societv - Dr. Parker said the Historical Society wishes to thank the administration for <br />the signs for the Ice Cream Social. They believe they contributed to the good turnout-150 <br />attended. Work on the Historical House continues. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Buckholtz had no report. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt said there was no meeting. <br />Planning and Zonin? - Mr. Fenante said there was no meeting last month A workshop will be <br />held September M. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz reported the Board will meet this Wednesday to discuss the <br />Halloween Party. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz had no report. <br />Mayor Rinker said he had gotten a report from Gil Kostelec regarding the Northeast Ohio Sewer <br />District Project at the Beech Hill biofilter site. Mr. Kostelec said the work completed to date is <br />atrocious. They have not followed the specifications on the landscape plan. He believes it is <br />incumbent on us to be more assertive. There has .been a lot of work on the site. All of us had <br />been lead to believe that at this stage of the game there was really just the question of putting in <br />the landscaping. <br />Mr. Hovancsek suggested a copy of the letter be forwarded to the Regional Sewer District with a <br />letter from us requesting a meeting on site. <br />Mayor Rinker said that is a good suggestion. Determine a date when everyone can get together <br />with Mr. Kostelec and let Miss Heath-know. We should target it for the next week or so. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Worton Park Sewer Update <br />Council President Fixler said everything is in order. <br />Mayor Rinker said Mr: Samac just gave him a memo stating there are 10 homes that have not <br />connected. He had met with Ruth Langsner of the County about a week ago and she had <br />mentioned there was a program with the County Sanitary Engineer that allowed for some kind of <br />funding. We must check with the people who have not tied in to find out why. If anyone is <br />running into difficulty, we will find out if the County program can be of assistance to them.
