NIIN-[JTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />October 20, 1997 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, October 20 1997, at 8:00 <br />p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Mark Fixler <br />presided. <br />ROLL-CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler <br />and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mr. Marquardt <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Diemert, <br />Mr. Hovancsek, Lt. Liggett, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Sama.c, and Mrs. Roman <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINLJT-ES <br />Regular Council Meeting - September 15, 1997 - Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, ma.de a <br />motion to approve the minutes. Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Miayor Rinker said he found out we ha.ve a conflict with a special night we ha.ve been planning. <br />On October 28, there will be a town meeting at the High School begimung at 8 p.m. There are <br />some other events that involve Council, should they wish to attend, that begin earlier. There is <br />also a Candidate's Night for the Mayfield Area Chamber of Commerce at Meridia Hospital. We <br />could not avoid the conflict. Mayor Rinker apologized for the conflict. He hopes everyone <br />makes it to the meeting. <br />CONIlViENTS`FROM`COUNCIL PRESIDENT FIXLER <br />Council President Fixler had no comment.
