Regular Council Meeting <br />11-17-97 <br />Page 7 <br />2) The design of ckainage pipes under the temporary haul road and the design of parallel roadside <br />ditches to the temporary haul road that will convey the water to the existing pond located just <br />north of the haul road; <br />3) The installation of a temporary cable gate at the existing gravel parking lot to preclude trucks <br />from going in there after hours to dump; <br />4) Should dust become a problem it will be handled by the developer. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if the conditions were satisfactory as stated. <br />Dr. Parker asked how long it would take to haul the dirt away in the event they decide not to use <br />it. <br />Mr. Sheehy said probably 4-5 weeks. <br />Mrs. Cinco said it is stated on the plans [that it may remain only] "one year or less." <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to authorize Progressive to deposit <br />soil on the property pursuant to the plans and the four (4) additional contingencies listed above. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, ]Dr. Parker, Mr. Marqaardt <br />NAYS: Mr. Busa, Mr. Ferrante <br />Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />A motion to authorize an ezpenditure of $2,500 toMarra Construction for the final <br />seeding of Worton Park <br />Mrs. Cinco asked Mr. Marquardt to repeat the Finance Committee's recommendation. <br />Mr. 1Vlarquardt said the Committee recommended we check our contractural obligations. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked Mrs. Roman to place this item on the agenda for the neXt Caucus and/or <br />Council Meeting. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 97-41, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Sections 1173.04(a), 1173.05(a), and 1173.07(a)(4), relative to minimum lot coverage, set back <br />requirements and landscape island, in the Production-Distribution and Office-Laboratory <br />Districts." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 10-20-97) <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
