<br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />June 12~' , 2000 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met for a special meeting on Monday, June 12th, 2000 at <br />8:01 p.m. in the Fire Department Training Room. Council President Bill Marquardt presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Busa, Mr. Ilacqua, <br />Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Mills and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Buckholtz <br />Mayor Rinker <br />Also Present: Mr. Samac, Mr. Diemert, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Thomas, <br />and Ms. Heckler <br />1 <br /> <br />Council President Marquardt advised that Mr. Buckholtz was on his way but would be a few <br />minutes late but we could get started with the Old Business. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Council President Marquardt advised that this is a 5 minute limit imposed by the Chair. Those <br />who wish to speak must first state their name and address. <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting=Ma~15, 2000 - Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to <br />approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Council President Marquardt advised we will move onto old business. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-09, entitled "An emergency ordinance ratifying the <br />Collective Bargaining Contract between FOP Lodge 57 and the Village of Mayfield." <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-14, entitled "An emergency ordinance pertaining to <br />the Wages and Benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio for the calendar years 2000 to 2002, repealing all ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith." <br />
