Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council <br />6/12/00 <br />Page 2 <br />Mrs. Mills advised that this ordinance was originally numbered 2000-10 which was in error and <br />is now called 2000-14. <br />Further, the ordinance actually reads for calendar years 2000 through 2002. <br />Council President Marquardt advised that was the end of the old business. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />NE~V BUSINESS <br />Council President Marquardt advised that we will wait for Mr. Buckholtz to arrive before the open <br />portion and would go ahead with the reading of ordinances and resolutions. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-15, entitled "An emergency ordinance establishing the <br />maximum compensation for the Mayor and members of Council." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-16, entitled "An ordinance revising the zone map of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, so as to amend the use classification of certain Village land to single family <br />residential (LT-1)." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-07, entitled "A resolution re-establishing terms, conditions <br />and compensation for the services of the Director of Law and declaring an emergency." Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-08, entitled "An emergency resolution establishing terms, <br />conditions and compensation for the services of the Prosecutor." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-09, entitled "An emergency resolution providing for the <br />employment of an Engineer for Mayfield Village, Ohio."
