Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council 6/12/00 Page 2 Mrs. Mills advised that this ordinance was originally numbered 2000-10 which was in error and is now called 2000-14. Further, the ordinance actually reads for calendar years 2000 through 2002. Council President Marquardt advised that was the end of the old business. OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under "Old Business" only. There were no comments. NE~V BUSINESS Council President Marquardt advised that we will wait for Mr. Buckholtz to arrive before the open portion and would go ahead with the reading of ordinances and resolutions. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-16, entitled "An ordinance revising the zone map of Mayfield Village, Ohio, so as to amend the use classification of certain Village land to single family residential (LT-1)." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-07, entitled "A resolution re-establishing terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Director of Law and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-08, entitled "An emergency resolution establishing terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Prosecutor." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-09, entitled "An emergency resolution providing for the employment of an Engineer for Mayfield Village, Ohio."
