Regular Council Meeting <br />6-19-00 <br />Page 7 <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 2000-07, entitled; "A resolution re-establishing terms, <br />conditions and compensation for the services of the Director of Law and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6-12-00) <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 2000-08, entitled; "An emergency resolution establishing <br />terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Prosecutor." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6-12-00) <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 2000-09, entitled; "An emergency resolution providing for <br />the employment of an Engineer for Mayfield Village, Ohio." This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments: <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />^ A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $3,300 to Walter A. Drane Co. for <br />2000 replacement pages to the Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$ 3,300 to Walter H. Drane Co. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />^ T.I.F. for Governor's Village <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to approve the T.I.F. for Governor's Village <br />Council President Marquardt opened this up for discussion. <br />Mr. Brett said all he would need at this time is concurrence from Council for him to continue to <br />negotiate with the parties and he would hope to have an agreement and legislation hopefully in July <br />and tonight, he just needed concurrence of Council to move forward. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Brett to tell what he thought it would accomplish in terms of present value <br />dollars. <br />Mr. Brett said he thought it was a situation where the Village would be making some public <br />improvements that would benefit the public at large that would cost about $ 10,000.
