Regular Council Meeting 6-19-00 Page 6 Mr. Buckholtz said after everything he has seen in the document and upon the advice of Engineer Stephen Hovancsek, he feels it is a well written document. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-12, entitled; "An emergency ordinance creating Chapter 944 of the Codified Ordinances relating to Drainage and Infrastructure." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 5-15-00) Council President Marquardt advised we would leave this on second reading. He asked if there was some wording that was going into that but doesn't think it had been incorporated into the final ordinance. He asked Mr. Hanculak to have Mr. Diemert take a look at the ordinance to see if this is the correct wording. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-15, entitled; "An emergency ordinance establishing the maximum compensation for the Mayor and members of Council." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-16, entitled; "An ordinance revising the zone map of Mayfield Village, Ohio so as to amend the use classification of certain Village land to single family residential (LI-1)." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-09, entitled; "An emergency ordinance ratifying the Collective Bargaining Contract between FOP Lodge 57 and the Village of Mayfield." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council. (Second Reading 6-12-00) Council President Marquardt said this item will be left on second reading. Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-14, entitled; "An emergency ordinance pertaining to the Wages and Benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the calendar years 2000 thru 2002, repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (Second Reading 6-12-2000) Council President Marquardt said this item will be left on second reading. Second Reading of Resolution No. 2000-05, entitled; "An emergency resolution declaring the necessity for providing for the payment of street lighting and the improvement or installation of additional lighting by special assessment of all parcels benefited."
