Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 5-15-00) <br />Council President Marquardt advised we would leave this on second reading. He asked if there <br />was some wording that was going into that but doesn't think it had been incorporated into the <br />final ordinance. He asked Mr. Hanculak to have Mr. Diemert take a look at the ordinance to see <br />if this is the correct wording. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-15, entitled; "An emergency ordinance establishing <br />the maximum compensation for the Mayor and members of Council." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-16, entitled; "An ordinance revising the zone map of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio so as to amend the use classification of certain Village land to single <br />family residential (LI-1)." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-09, entitled; "An emergency ordinance ratifying the <br />Collective Bargaining Contract between FOP Lodge 57 and the Village of Mayfield." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council. (Second Reading 6-12-00) <br />Council President Marquardt said this item will be left on second reading. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-14, entitled; "An emergency ordinance pertaining to the <br />Wages and Benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio for the calendar years 2000 thru 2002, repealing all ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (Second Reading 6-12-2000) <br />Council President Marquardt said this item will be left on second reading. <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 2000-05, entitled; "An emergency resolution declaring the <br />necessity for providing for the payment of street lighting and the improvement or installation of <br />additional lighting by special assessment of all parcels benefited."
