Regular Council Meeting <br />7-17-00 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />i~ <br /> <br />Third Reading_of Ordinance No. 2000-14, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />pertaining to the Wages and Benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for <br />employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the calendar years 2000 thru 2002, repealing all <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading 6-5-00; Second Reading 6-12-2000) <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2000-14. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Third Reading_of Ordinance No. 2000-15, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />establishing the maximum compensation for the Mayor and members of Council." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6-12-00; Second <br />Reading 6-19-00) <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2000-15. <br />Council President Marquardt said when we approve this, this goes on the ballot. <br />Mr. Diemert confirmed that this issue will go on the ballot. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Third Reading of Resolution No. 2000-05, entitled; "An emergency resolution declaring <br />the necessity for providing for the payment of street lighting and the improvement or <br />installation of additional lighting by special assessment of all parcels benefited." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6-5-00; Second <br />Reading 6-19-00) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2000-15. <br />Mr. Busa asked what additional lights--on Parkview Drive? <br />Mr. Brett said this is more to the issue of S.O.M. widening if you put additional lights there <br />or if you extend any roads. <br />Mr. Busa asked what additional lighting--for Progressive or Panzica. <br />
