Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-20 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-21, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an <br />amendment to Article III, Sections 2, 3 and 5 to eliminate extraneous language and to <br />clarify the requirements relative to election and organization of Council." Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-21 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-22, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an <br />amendment to Article III, Section 4 of the Charter of Mayfield Village requiring a <br />Council candidate to have two continuous years of residency and as an elector prior to <br />his or her election or appointment to Council." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-22 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-23, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an <br />amendment to Article III, Section 9 of the Charter of Mayfield Village pertaining to the <br />filling of Council vacancies." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-23 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-24; entitled; "An ordinance proposing an <br />amendment to Article XI, of the Charter of Mayfield Village pertaining to professional <br />consultants for the Charter Review Commission." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-24 was given first reading. <br />
