Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-25 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-26, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an <br />amendment to Article V, Sections 1 and 3 of the Charter of Mayfield Village pertaining <br />to the creation of the Department of Parks & Recreation and a Director, and clarifying <br />the powers and duties of the Parks & Recreation Board." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-26 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-27, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an <br />amendment to Article V, Section 9 of the Charter of Mayfield Village adding emergency <br />medical services as part of the responsibilities of the Village Fire Deparhnent." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-27 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-28,, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing a Development Agreement between the Village of Mayfield and Governor's <br />Village, LLC." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-28 was given first reading. <br />First Reading; of Ordinance No. 2000-29, entitled; "An ordinance declaring <br />improvements to certain parcels of real property to be a public purpose, requiring the <br />owners thereof to make service payments in lieu of taxes, describing public <br />improvements which benefit such parcels, authorizing an agreement with Governor's <br />Village L.L.C., establishing a municipal public improvement tax increment equivalent <br />fund for the deposit of such service payments, and related authorizations pursuant to <br />Ohio Revised Code Sections 5709.40, 5709.42 and 5709.43; and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-20 was given first reading. <br /> <br />1 <br />Finance Director Brett to present Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />
