He said this is an extension through the end <br />of March. <br />Mr. Diemert said from December 31 to March 31. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-15 -entitled; "A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates <br />as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying <br />them to the County Auditor." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2000-15. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there were any comments. <br />Council President Marquardt said this is a resolution to accelerate our receipt of tax levies. <br />Mr. Diemert said correct.
