Regular Council Meeting <br />2-15-08 <br />Page 4 <br />Board of Anpeals - Mr. Marrelli indicated that there was no meeting, so there is no report. The <br />next meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Mills reported that there was no meeting, so there is no report. <br />Citizen's Advisory Board - Mr. Buckholtz reported that the next meeting is scheduled for <br />Tuesday, February 26t at 7:00 p.m. <br />Commission on Agin? - Mrs. Kalina thanked members of the Commission on Aging and Mrs. <br />Mills for their help in cleaning and serving for the recent luncheons this past week. They are a <br />very hard working group of people. . <br />Drainage & Infrastructure/Stormwater Mgt. - Mrs. Cinco reported that a meeting has not yet <br />been scheduled this yeax; however, one needs to be scheduled to review qualifications. <br />Applications are due by March 31 S` for any resident and neighborhood requesting assistance. <br />Safetv and Service - Mrs. Cinco reported that Safety and Service met on February 4th. All of <br />the items are on the agenda this evening for approval. <br />Finance Committee - Mrs. Mills reported that the Finance Committee met this evening. We <br />had 7 items on the agenda which we recommend for approval. We reviewed one ordinance and <br />one resolution and recommend both for approval. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills reported that they had their first tour of the 75 third graders from <br />the Mayfield Center School. The children were very enthusiastic. It was a very good tour. We <br />are progressing right along. We are calling these tours "My Town". We axe expecting over 300 <br />children to go through the house. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - There was no report. <br />M.A.R.C. - Dr. Parker reported that at the last M.A.R.C. meeting various officers were elected. <br />A copy of the Minutes are attached hereto. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Maxquardt reported that Ordinance Review met on the <br />127and discussed stormwater management practices Phase II. We reviewed three ordinances <br />relative to this which will be coming up for Council next month. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt reported that Planning and Zoning has a workshop <br />scheduled for this Thursday the 21St at 7:30 p.m. <br />Recreation Board - Dr. Parker reported that Rec Board will meet this Wednesday, February <br />20t at 7:00 p.m. They will elect a Chairman, review the Spring/Summer Parks and Recreation <br />brochure, and discuss upcoming events, including the Debbie Hudacko Scholarship. They will be <br />interviewing on Monday, April 28th. The Spring Party/Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday,
