Regular Council Meeting <br />3-17-08 <br />Page 2 <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES : <br />Rel4ular Council Meeting - February 18, 2008 <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM 1VIAYOR RINKER: <br />For those who made our annual Appreciation Dinner Saturday night, it was very very enjoyable <br />and very successful. Kudos to all those who put it together. Everyone genuinely had a good <br />time. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BUCKHOLTZ: <br />There were no comments. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />SEI2VICE - Douglas Metzung <br />Mr. Metzung reported that our crew came through in flying colors during the big snowstoim. <br />Mr. Metzung congratulated the gentlemen who were out plowing. They did an outstanding job. <br />One of the news crews reported that we were one of two communities that were the best in <br />Cleveland. [Everyone applauded]. <br />Mayor Rinker added that he cannot count the number of favorable calls we received from <br />residents for our Service Department for putting up with a rather contentious storm. It definitely <br />was noticed by a lot of our residents. <br />BUILDING - John Marrelli <br />Mr. Marrelli reported that on Wednesday, a house on Kenwood will be torn down in preparation <br />for a new house which is being built there. After much anguish by the owners who have tried <br />mightily to remediate mold in this home they have been unable to and do not want to leave town. <br />They will be building a new home right in the same spot.
