Regular Council Meeting <br />3-17-08 <br />Page 3 <br />anyone because the house is being torn down, that is why. Mr. Saponaro asked where it is at. <br />Mr. Marrelli stated 758 Kenwood. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Cappello <br />There was nothing to report. <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Diane Calta <br />There was nothing to report. <br />FIRE - Chief Mohr <br />There was nothing to report. <br />FINANCE - Philip Brett <br />Mr. Brett reported that he has received the renewal quote for the hospitalization. We will <br />probably need to convene a meeting of the Healthcare Task Force. Mr. Brett will provide an <br />update of the particulars to Council in their packets this Friday. <br />POLICE - Chief Dearden <br />There was nothing to report. <br />PARKS & RECREATION - Bill Thomas <br />Mr. Thomas reported that the Parks & Recreation summer brochure was mailed out on March <br />6th. Mr. Thomas asked if everyone in the room received one. The brochure has a lot of good <br />programs in there. <br />ARCHITECT - Ron DiNardo <br />There was nothing to report. <br />HUMAN SERVICES - Eunice Kalina <br />Mrs. Kalina reported that they are busy working on their anniversary party which is May 31St this <br />year. They have a trip in April to Carousel to see The King and I. They are sold out and have a <br />waiting list. They have another trip in May to Youngstown to Butler Art Institute and <br />Planetarium and Gardens. They have a trip June 27t" to the Zoo. Their senior speaker series is <br />expanding. They are booked with programs through July. Judge Bozza will be giving a <br />presentation in the Fall.
