Regular Council Meeting 1-26-04 Page 15 F .? First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-04, entitled; "An emergency ordinance to Approve Current Replacement Pages to the Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-04. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Readiiig of Ordinance No. 2004-05, entitled; "An emergency ordinance Approving a Lot Split and Consolidation of Property Known as Permanent Parcel Numbers 831-15-002 and 831-15-003." (Georgian Center) Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First 12eading of Ordinance N0. 2004-06, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village regarding the possession of certain weapons in public places." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Council President Buckholtz said we will leave Ordinance No. 2004-06 on First Reading pending information and recommendation from the Law Department. Note: Council considered Ordinances 2004-07 and 2004-08 after the Executive Session.
