Regular Council Meeting <br />1-26-04 <br />Page 16 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-09, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />granting various easements to the East Ohio Gas d/b/a Dominion East Ohio as and for the relocation <br />of a gas pipeline in connection with the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project. <br />Ms. Calta recommended Ordinance 2004-09 be left on first reading unless Mrs. Roman had received <br />the easements. <br />The easements had not been received and Ordinance 2004-09 was given first reading only. <br />r-s` T'eaa:--Lx erResolution No. 2004-01, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing the filing <br />of a Clean Ohio Trails Fund Grant Application." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Ms. Calta explained no suspension of rules was necessary on this Resolution because no monies <br />are involved. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-01. <br />Mayor Rinker said the application will be filed within the week. There is a February 2°d deadline <br />to get it in to ODNR (Ohio Department of Natural Resources.) <br />There were no further comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2004-02, entitled; "An emergency resolution re-establishing terms, <br />conditions and compensation for the services of the Prosecutor." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-02. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
