Regular Council Meeting <br />2-16-04 <br />Page 15 <br />? First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-10, entitled; "An emergency ordinance establishing the <br />Parkview Swimming Pool Employees Salary for the 2004 season." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-10. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked Mr. Thomas if the salaries are as listed. <br />Mr. Thomas replied that is correct. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-11, entitled; "An emergency ordinance creating certain <br />positions and compensation therefore relevant to the Summer Camp Program." Introduced by <br />?-? Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-11. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2004-07, entitled; "An emergency ordinance recognizing the <br />critical nature of our local Library Branch and Supporting Cuyahoga County Public Library <br />Issue 23 on the March 2004 Ballot." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-07. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I am glad we are doing this. I spoke to the library and they are <br />? <br />-' happy we are doing so.
