Regular Council Meeting <br />2-16-04 <br />Page 7 <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />.? <br /> <br />Ordinance 2004-06 was given second reading. <br />Second Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2004-09, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />granting various easements to the East Ohio Gas d/b/a Dominion East Ohio as and for the relocation <br />of a gas pipeline in connection with the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.(First Reading 1/26/04) <br />Ms. Calta said this is the second reading. I will need to have it amended. There were some revisions <br />to the Permanent Parcel numbers which relate to the easements which are reflected in the most up- <br />to-date Ordinance. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if we are leaving this on second reading. <br />Ms. Calta said you can actually pass it but you will need to have a motion to amend, then to suspend, <br />then to pass. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco made a motion to amend Ordinance 2004-09. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring <br />a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-09. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any further discussion? <br />Ms. Calta said the amendments are in a section of the Ordinance which lists the permanent parcel <br />numbers next to the easements-Section 2. These are the easements which were blanket easements <br />when the gas line went in for what I refer to as the first phase which is north of Highland. We <br />granted various blanket easements which now we have to revise. These are called the defined <br />easements. There were some additional revisions which need to be made to the actual legal <br />descriptions which affect the permanent parcels that are listed. <br />Council President Buckholtz said so we are passing it in title with the appropriate amendments. <br />Mrs. Calta replied yes. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any further discussion? <br />i
