Regular Council Minutes <br />3-15-04 <br />Page 12 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an additional expenditure in <br />the amount of $1,610 to John Palmer (monies owed for Appreciation Dinner; $7,000 authorized <br />12-19-03) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Orclinance No. 2004-12 entitled: "An emergency ordinance ratifying the <br />Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the International Association of Firefighters, Local <br />2619 and the Village of Mayfield." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Buckholtz said at the recommendation of Finance and Wage Committee we <br />will leave this on first reading. <br />First Readin-a of Opdinance No. 2004-15, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga County District Board <br />of Health for services related to the Village's Phase II Stonn Water annual report to the Ohio . <br />EPA." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004- 15. <br />Council President Buckholtz said we've already talked about this. <br />Mr. Metzung said the Cuyahoga County Board of Health has come together with a program that <br />they are doing in several communities in which they will go out and locate all the MS4 Outfall <br />Locations. They will locate all the Outfall locations this year, make a report on thein, come back <br />and check them next year for Dry Weather Flow which is looking for illicit flows and they will <br />test up to 25 of those and make a report. It would be impossible for the Service Department or <br />Engineer to do that. It's for any drainage waters that enter into a waterway in the State of Ohio. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Readinst of Ordinance No. 2004-16 entitled; "An emergency ordinance approving a <br />preliminary site/development plan of property owned by Alvin I. Krenzler." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
