Regular Council Minutes <br />3-15-04 <br />Page 13 <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004- 16. <br />Council President Buckholtz said it was a well thought out, well done plan. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-17 entitled; "An emergency ordinance approving a lot <br />split plat of property known as permanent parcel number 831-41-019." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004- 17. <br />Council President Buckholtz said this is for the Koren/Cabot one that you [addressing Mr. <br />Marquardt] mentioned was recommended by Planning & Zoning. <br />Mr. Marquardt said yes. It meets all our codes; we discussed it at length at the Workshop. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Samac if there were any questions from any of the residents along <br />Beech Hill as far as the access point. <br />Mr. Samac said no. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2004-08, entitled; "An emergency resolution declaring the <br />necessity of renewing by Levy a tax in excess of the 10-Mill Limitation and submitting the same <br />to the Electorate of Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole.
