Regular Council Minutes 4-26-04 Page 10 OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. Mr. Marquardt said it I think "per recommendation [of P&Z]" would be inaccurate there. It was not opposed but it was not voted on. Mrs. Roman asked how it should be worded. Mr. Marquardt said there was no vote taken; it wasn't a regular ineeting. Council President Buckholtz stated there were no complications, no problems, no variances necessary. Mr. Marquardt said there were no variances needed; it was within the zoning. Mr. Hovancsek said I reviewed the site plan and approved it earlier this month. Council President Buckholtz asked, any other discussion? There were no comments. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Approval Given For construction of a detached storage building at 6442 Highland Road • A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $4,500 to IKON Office Solutions, Inc. for one Canon Image Runner 2200 and an additional $160 for 8 months service charge (based on 1,000 copies/month.) Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $4,500 to IKON Office Solutions, Inc. for one Canon Image Runner 2200 and an additional $160 for 8 months service charge (based on 1,000 copies/month.) Council President Buckholtz questioned if the $160 was a one-time charge. Mrs. Roman said correct.
