Regular Council Minutes <br />4-26-04 <br />Page 9 <br />Information & Technologv - Council President Buckholtz said Information & Technology is <br />set to meet this Thursday at 7:30 if everybody that is involved in that is available. <br />Health Care Task Force/Insurance - Mr. Marrie said Mrs. Mills and I met with Ted Kravec of <br />Lance and Company (who is the representative for our health insurance for our employees) they <br />had a question and answer period [with employees.] Ted did a very good job of handling it and I <br />believe everyone was pleased with how it went. I think they are pleased with the health plan that <br />we've offered. <br />OLD,BUSTNESS, ?'. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />Second Readinp_ of Ordinance No. 2004-06, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village regarding the possession of certain weapons in public <br />places." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 1/26/04; Second <br />Reading 2/ 16/04) <br />Council President Buckholtz said Ordinance 2004-06 will be left on second reading. <br />Second Readinst of Ordinance No. 2004-12, entitled; "An emergency ordinance ratifying the <br />Collective Bargaining Agreement between the International Association of Firefighters, Local <br />2619 and the Village of Mayfield." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First <br />Reading 3/15/04) <br />Council President Buckholtz said Ordinance 2004-12 will be left on second reading. <br />Second Readin$t of Resolutioai 2004-08, entitled; "A Resolution declaring the necessity of <br />renewing by levy a tax in excess of the 10-mill limitation and submitting the same to the <br />electorate of Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />(First Reading 3/15/04) <br />Council President Buckholtz said Resolution 2004-08 will be left on second reading. <br />Council President Buckholtz recommends before we go into New Business, that everyone have <br />birthday cake for Mayor Rinker and Dr. Parker's son David. <br />NtW BTJSINESS;
