Regular Council Minutes <br />4-26-04 <br />Page 22 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-20. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mrs. Cinco said I think we all agreed we would hold off on the dugout roofs. <br />Dr. Parker and Mr. Marrie said we will discuss it later on. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />¦ Executive Session - for Purposes of Pending Litigation, Real Estate and Personnel <br />Council President Buckholtz requested a motion to go into Executive Session for purposes of <br />pending litigation, real estate and personnel matters. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />pending litigation, real estate, and personnel matters. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 9:40 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 10:20 p.m. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Amendment to Agenda <br />Council President Buckholtz requested a motion to amend the agenda to include Resolution No. <br />2004-12, the emergency resolution expressing opposition to HB 208. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt made a motion to amend the agenda to include <br />Resolution No. 2004-12. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Ainended <br />
