A motion to authorize the sale by Mayfield Village of one 1994 Olds '98 Regency to Trend Motor Sales in the amount of $805.00 Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize the sale by Mayfield Village of one 1994 Olds '98 Regency to Trend Motor Sales in the amount of $805.00. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Sale Authorized A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $6,000.00 for super blanket po to Lake Business Products for copies on our color and black and white copy machines for Mayor's office and Recreation Dept. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $6,000.00 for super blanket po to Lake Business Products for copies on our color and black and white copy machines for Mayor's office and Recreation Dept. Mrs. Mills said we have to get more information form the Fir.e Department Secretary in regards to this so we are holding this until the June Caucus. No action was taken on the super p.o. to Alpha Office for the Fire Department. First Readim of Ordinance No. 2004-21, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending Section 133.02 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village creating a petty cash account for the Fire Departinent." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
