Then the construction observation-the scope of the work being revised to reflect <br />additional staff for construction observation, the total work order compensation being increased <br />from $385,000 to $514,000. Modification No. 10 reflects a total increase to the base contract in <br />the amount of $272,300. <br />Council President Buckholtz said and this is for Modification No. 10. Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring <br />an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-30. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any further questions? <br />Mrs. Mills asked if we could notify the employees about this. <br />Council President Buckholtz replied absolutely. <br />Mrs. Mills asked, Donna, will you handle this please? <br />Mrs. Roman replied yes. <br />Dr. Parker said it is not a part of this but we are getting information regarding an increase in the <br />life insurance, too. <br />Mr. Marrie said we have asked them---it was one of the questions that came up during Wage <br />Negotiations and an increase in life Insurance for our associates from $10,000 to $20,000. But <br />that is not in that one. <br />Mrs. Mills said because Phil did not know what the cost would be.
