1

Regular Council Minutes
8-16-04
Page 13
is going to happen-but I think on the ones flaunting it, I think they should be stepped on or fine
them. But not doing anything about it is just going to add more to it, I think.
Council President Buckholtz asked, at the risk of revealing any sneakiness on my part-if
somebody takes apicture-I realize the police has to find it and see it---
Mr. Marrie said I will talk to John but I am not going to go around but some of these we drive
by every day all year long and it is ridiculous.
Council President Buckholtz said pass the word along.
Mr. Marrelli the police did a survey and the building department did a survey back in April. I've
got a list of campers and recreational vehicles that we've gone through systematically and have
talked to some of the residents-of some of the older units that look like they haven't moved in
years to find that several of them were given permission because Architectural Review Board
allowed them to put bushes around them or things of that nature so I have to go down to the other
building and pull the files and see if it is accurate or not. I just haven't had the time.
Mr. Marrie said we have an ordinance and if we got it from the ARB earlier---I would think the
ordinance overrides that.
Mayor Rinker said let's get our facts together.
Mr. Diemert said I don't know of any grandfathering.
Mr. Marrelli said before I start writing tickets to people I wanted to make sure I had everything
in place.
ADJOURNMENT
Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adjourn.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Carried
The meeting adjourned~t'~:2(~p.m.
BUCKHOLTZ, COUNCIL
~~ ~ - ~~
DO A J. RO ,CLERK OF COUNCIL
