Regular Council Minutes 9-27-04 Page 23 ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $29,760 to Pitney Bowes for the lease/own (60-month contract) of a new postage machine, postage meter and addresser machine 1 Mrs. Mills said this was okayed also in Finance. The amount would be $496 on a monthly basis for the lease. The $29,760 is the entire amount for the lease. In our packets we had detailed list of what this new machine would encompass. Really, it has been very much of a saver, dollar-wise for the Village, and timewise for the girls to get all of the mailings and things that have to be done at the Village. It is a very efficient way of doing it. Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $29,760 to Pitney Bowes for the lease/own (60-month contract) of a new postage machine, postage meter and addresser machine. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Change Order & Expenditure Authorized Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized • A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $60 to Hillcrest YMCA for lifeguard recertification (Note: $2,850 was approved by Council on 5-17-04) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $60 to Hillcrest YMCA for lifeguard recertification. Mr. Thomas said $60 is needed for an additional lifeguard. Council President Buckholtz asked, any other comments? There were no comments.
