Mr. Marrelli said the speaker system will be located up behind-there is actually grill cloth in the upper corner and they will put the speakers behind there so there will be no physical changes. We are trying to keep all the physical changes to almost nothing. Council President Buckholtz asked, any other comments or questions? There were no comments. On this information for voters, I think it would be appropriate and informative to include a paragraph on the history of the term limits-the fact that it was established by referendum vote in 1995 and by the Charter Review Commission and it was approved for placement on the ballot by Council at the time. I think from the standpoint of completeness it should be included in that document. Mr. Diemert asked, in my letter that is going out? Mr. Marquardt said yes. Mrs. Roman said all the copies are made and are ready to go out tomorrow. As long as it is a two-sided letter it could be changed. Mayor Rinker said it is pretty basic information; I would say change it.
