It will be right in front of where the organ pipes
were.
Council President Buckholtz said the front of...
Mr. Chapman said right; in the front. It should look pretty nice and they will be removing it. If
we need to use it or would like to use it for something that we are doing, we are welcome to do
so.
Council President Buckholtz said that's what I wanted to hear.
Mr. Marrelli said the speaker system will be located up behind-there is actually grill cloth in
the upper corner and they will put the speakers behind there so there will be no physical changes.
We are trying to keep all the physical changes to almost nothing.
Council President Buckholtz asked, any other comments or questions?
There were no comments.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None Motion Carried
Ordinance Enacted
OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state
their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under
"New Business" only.
There were no comments.
ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL
There were no other matters before Council.
CLOSING COMMENTS
Mr. Marquardt said I have a couple of items. On this information for voters, I think it would be
appropriate and informative to include a paragraph on the history of the term limits-the fact that
it was established by referendum vote in 1995 and by the Charter Review Commission and it was
approved for placement on the ballot by Council at the time. I think from the standpoint of
completeness it should be included in that document.
Mr. Diemert asked, in my letter that is going out?
Mr. Marquardt said yes.
Mrs. Roman said all the copies are made and are ready to go out tomorrow. As long as it is a
two-sided letter it could be changed.
Mayor Rinker said it is pretty basic information; I would say change it.
