Regular Council Minutes
10-18-04
Page 16
Mayor Rinker said I agree; I think what we will do then is we will ask Tom to put in a different
color---well, we will find a different color.
Council President Buckholtz said when they presented to him the plans before they had-they
were going to do something like ponds and landscaping but you are right it is totally
residential... .
Mayor Rinker said probably what would make better sense to make that white and then the
balance would be the Costanzo property that lies west of that and make that the gold color....
Mr. Marquardt said Costanzo is also----
Mayor Rinker said behind that line.
Council President Buckholtz said it would be current rather than future development.
Mrs. Mills expressed thanks to the Fire Department for painting our hydrants. They look very
nice.
Mrs. Mills said also political signs, John. There was a nice article in the Sun Messenger about the
Highland Heights inspector that went out. In my ward I have had a couple calls and they are
complaining about how many signs are in everybodys yards.
Mr. Marrelli said I will look into that tomorrow.
Mayor Rinker said we usually pluck them.
Mrs. Mills said but they put that on the front page and a lot of people read it.
Mr. Brett said there was a mention that the minutes today were passed as corrected. Was there a
detailed memorandum sent out?
Mrs. Roman said it was just what Lloyd Chapman-no, that was Caucus...
Council President Buckholtz said it was the number of rooms in the basement that the lease was
using and that is the change.
Mr. Marrie said we got pictures of that and it was checked off which ones they were going to be
using. That was in the packet.
Council President Buckholtz addressed Mr. Brett and asked, did you have any other changes?
Mr. Marrie said I would like to offer my personal and sincere thanks to 2020 and everybody who
worked so hard on it for a long time. I think they did a great job on it and I think we will benefit
in Mayfield Village for many years to come because of their work. Thank you.
Mrs. Cinco said thank you; I am glad you all came to celebrate.
