Regular Council Minutes 11-15-04 Page 12 ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized • A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $1,651 to Winter Equipment for cutting edges for plows (this is in addition to the $2,729.16 authorized by Council on 9/17/04) Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $1,651 to Winter Equipment for cutting edges for plows (this is in addition to the $2,729.16 authorized by Council on 9/17/04) ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-48, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a license agreement with the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company as and for the right to construct, maintain, patrol and use certain property for anall- purposenon-vehicular public hiking and biking trail and related purposes." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-48. Mayor Rinker said where we can we are trying to negotiate easement rights; this is a part of it. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Resolution No. 2004-28, entitled; "An emergency resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
