Regular Council Minutes <br />11-15-04 <br />Page 14 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2004-49, entitled; "An emergency Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into an agreement with John Hunter to perform the duties of the <br />Village's Information Technology Director. <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-49. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any further comments? <br />There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Authorization to Sell 1976 Mini Pumper <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize sale by the Village of <br />the 1976 mini pumper. <br />Chief Mohr questioned if it could be sold on Ebay as well as by sealed bid. <br />Everyone agreed he will work this out with the Law Director. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />DECEMBER MEETING SCHEDULE <br />Council President Buckholtz said he will not be here on December 13. <br />It was agreed that for the December Council Meeting schedule, Council will shoot for the 6th and <br />Mr. Marrelli shall put pressure on the contractor to have prices by that date. <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />1 <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />personnel matters. <br />
