Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />1-20-09 <br />Page 11 <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that the Board did not meet in December. They will <br />meet again tomorrow evening. They will discuss a few items, one of them being the Christmas <br />party and Santa ride, some program updates for the youth sports, adult and teen activities and the <br />summer preview of camps and Parkview pool, softball and excursion events for the families of <br />the Village. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Planning Development Committee - The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, <br />2009 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Information & Technolo?y - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported that the Records Commission met on January 7th <br />We have scheduled Community Shred Day for Saturday, May 16th from 9:00-12:00 for residents. <br />The information will be in the Voice of the Village. Our next meeting is scheduled for February <br />25th. As far as our records are concerned, we are in excellent shape from what we understand <br />from Mary Beth when she attends other meetings. Some of these municipalities are just about <br />starting to do this. We are almost to the end of ours. <br />Health Care Task Force - Mrs. Mills reported that the employees have been meeting. <br />Everyone should have a copy of the minutes in their packets. When they get to their final <br />decisions, we will be hearing from them. <br />OZ?D ?USINES`S , _ <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. <br />There were no comments. <br />. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-25, entitled "An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into a non-drilling, non-trespassing oil and gas <br />lease with Seagull Development Corp. regarding certain property known as Permanent <br />Parcel Nos. 831-13-005 (4.75 acres), 831-22-031 (1.22 acres), 831-22-002 (2.5 acres) and <br />all contiguous Village owned properties including S.O.M. Center Road." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - July 21, 2008) (Second Reading - <br />August 18, 2008). <br />. Second ReadinsE of Ordinance No. 2008-26, entitled "An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into a non-drilling, non-trespassing oil and gas <br />lease with Seagull Development Corp. regarding certain property known as Permanent <br />Parcel Nos. 831-40-001 (10 acres) located on the corner of Bonnieview Road and Beech <br />Hill Road." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - July <br />21, 2008) (Second Reading - August 18, 2008). <br />These Ordinances will be left on Second Read.
