Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />2-16-09 <br />Page 22 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-49, entitled "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into an oil and gas lease with Seagull <br />Development Corp. regarding certain property known as Permanent Parcel No. 831-40- <br />001 (10 acres) located on the corner of Bonnieview Road and Beech Hill Road." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - December 15, <br />2008) <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-50, entitled "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into an oil and gas lease with Seagull <br />Development Corp. regarding certain property known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-13- <br />005 (4.75 acres), 831-22-031 (1.22 acres), 831-22-002 (2.5 acres) and all contiguous <br />Village owned properties including S.O.M. Center Road." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - December 15, 2008) <br />These Ordinances will be kept on First Read. <br />. Second Reacling of Ordinance No. 2009-04, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />creating Codified Ordinance Chapter 1523 relating to the recovery of costs for emergency <br />services provided to non-residents." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading - January 20, 2009) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-04. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />Second Reading of Ordinance le1o. 2009-05, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Chapter 311 of the Village's Codified Ordinances to delete Section 311.04." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - Januaxy 20, 2009) <br />Mr. Maxquardt said this ordinance can go any time you want. It can go now or wait for another <br />reading. It does not make that much difference. <br />This ordinance will be left on Second Reading.
