Regular Council Meeting Minutes 6-15-09 Page 14 Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-20, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance repealing in its entirety Chapter 1339, entitled, "Insulation Requirements." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - Apri120, 2009; Second Reading - May 18, 2009) - Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-20. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. There were none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-21, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance repealing in its entirety Chapter 1345, entitled, "Garbage Disposals and Incinerators." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - April 20, 2009; Second Reading - May 18, 2009) Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-21. Council President Buckhoitz asked if there was any discussion.
