Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve recommendation from Planning & Zoning for withdrawal of conditional use permit for Hardbody Fitness Center at 700 Beta Drive (operations ceased). Council President Buckholtz stated we had a comprehensive memo on this. Are there any questions? Council President Buckholtz asked what they were doing with the equipment. Mr. Marrelli explained the property owners actually own the equipment. The equipment is still sitting there. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was anything for sale. Mr. Marrelli replied, not yet. Council President Buckholtz asked that we be kept posted.
