Regular Council Meeting Minutes 6- I 5-09 Page 19 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-32, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance amending Section 761.02 of i;he Village's Codified Ordinances." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-33, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance creating Chapter 767 of the Village's Codified Ordinances pertaining to the schedule of fees, bond and insurance coverage amounts for Part 7, Business Regulation Code." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Ordinance Nos. 2009-29 through 2009-33 will go through Three Reads. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-34, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance adopting a tax budget for Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the Tax Year 2010." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Council President Buckholtz stated we will vote on this at the Special Meeting on July 6`n pending the public hearing. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-36, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance approving a lot split and consolidation plat of property owned by Gerald Gernhard and David Chadwell." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills asked if we should suspend the reading on this. Mr. Marrelli said yes. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-36. Mr. Marrelli asked if we could get this signed tonight. The two property owners have been working on this for 13 years. They didn't realize that it was never recorded. They are waiting anxiously actually to get a plat signed so that they can file it. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other questions. There were none.
