Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize increase in expenditure to J&J Refuse of .19 per house per month for rubbish removal as a result of mandated government fee increases on solid waste effective August l, 2009. Council President Buckholtz stated that we discussed this in Caucus and asked if there were any questions. Mr. Marrie stated that we discussed this in Finance and everything's fine. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports for September, 2009 and to approve of same as submitted. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports for September, 2009 and to approve of same as submitted. Council President Buckholtz stated this is just something we are doing now per the auditors. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-47, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance authorizing an agreement between the Cuyahoga County District Board of Health and Mayfield Village for 2010 Phase II Storm Water Activities." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
