Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />11-16-09 <br />Page 16 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,597.50 to City of Bedford <br />Heights for September jail billing. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$3,597.50 to City of Bedford Heights for September jail billing. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated this was discussed in Caucus and asked if there were any <br />questions. There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $2,663.15 to City of Bedford <br />Heights for October jail billing. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$2,663.15 to City of Bedford Heights for October jail billing. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to accept bid of Cargill Salt of $43.53 for Winter 2009-2010 season and to <br />authorize expenditure to Cargill Salt for purchase of no less than 2000 tons and no <br />more than 3000 tons of road salt. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to accept bid of Cargill Salt of $43.53 for <br />Winter 2009-2010 season and to authorize expenditure to Cargill Salt for purchase of no less <br />than 2000 tons and no more than 3000 tons of road salt. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that we are taking the amount of not to exceed $25,000.00 <br />out in case we need to buy more. <br />This expenditure is cheaper than last year. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Bid Accepted <br />Expenditure Authorized
