Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,600.00 to Fire-Tech for mechanical repairs to Service.Garage and Civic Center. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. There were none. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,245.00 to Stovicek for replacement of water heater at the Civic Center. Mrs. 1Vlills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,245.00 to Stovicek for replacement of water heater at the Civic Center. Council President Buckholtz sta.ted this is pretty self-explanatory. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized Motion to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports for October, 2009 and to approve of same as submitted. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports for October, 2009 and to approve of same as submitted. Council President Buckholtz said, once again, nice job on the report. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Financial Reports Received and Approved First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-51, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance authorizing an agreement with Gates Mills for ambulance and EMS services for calendar years 2010, 2011 and 2012." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, mad.e a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
