Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />11-16-09 <br />Page 18 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-51. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance 1Vo. 2009-52, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Section 133.02 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village raising the <br />account amount for the Commission on Aging; changing the account of the Clerk of <br />Council office to Administration; changing "Recreation Committee" to "Recreation <br />Department"; changing "Commission on Aging" to "Human Services Department"; and <br />amending custodians for the various departments." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-52. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated these are just updating the name changes and providing <br />$100.00 additional to the Human Services Department. Council President Buckholtz asked <br />if there were any other questions. There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Orclinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-54, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Codified Ordinance Chapter 1523 relating to the recovery of costs for <br />emergency services provided to non-residents." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion -Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-54
