Regular Council Meeting Minutes 11-16-09 Page 18 Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-51. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance 1Vo. 2009-52, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Section 133.02 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village raising the account amount for the Commission on Aging; changing the account of the Clerk of Council office to Administration; changing "Recreation Committee" to "Recreation Department"; changing "Commission on Aging" to "Human Services Department"; and amending custodians for the various departments." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-52. Council President Buckholtz stated these are just updating the name changes and providing $100.00 additional to the Human Services Department. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other questions. There were none.
