Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />11-16-09 <br />Page 19 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Fia-st Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2009-55, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance creating <br />Section 905.011 of the Village's Codified Ordinances relating to Vehicle Permits, fees <br />and bonds for heavy equipment." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on <br />three separate occasions. <br />Mr. Marrie stated this is one of the Ordinances the Finance Committee recommended <br />passage at their meeting this evening. <br />Mr. Marquardt suggested the Ordinance be kept on First Read. This is a matter of bonding <br />heavy vehicles and having inspections and that type of thing. Is everyone clear with it? <br />Mr. Marrie asked if this should be left on First Read. <br />Mr. Marquardt stated he does not know that it is that critical at this point. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated it is a change in the Ordinance. Typically, we leave it <br />on First Read, so we should keep it tied to the other one. <br />Mrs. Mills removed her request for suspension. <br />This Ordinance will be left on First Read. <br />First Readin of Ordinance No. 2009-56, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Chapter 1179 of the Village's Codified Ordinances pertaining to the safe <br />operation of oil and gas wells, along with preserving the character and aesthetics within <br />the Village." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />This Ordinance will be kept on First Read. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-144 entitled "An Emergency Resolution <br />establishing a cellular telephone policy for all Village employees." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-14. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted
