Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund
to the Performance Bond Fund the sum of Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Three
Dollars and Forty-T'hree Cents ($17,243.43).
Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
Mr. Wynne replied that the Performance Bond Fund is something that John's group maintains.
These are bonds that are put forth for projects that are being worked on. Over the years, there
have been some invoices that have come in that should have went against those bonds but were
not properly posted. This is the amount we need to transfer to make sure the balance in that fund
is sufficient to cover the bonds that we might need to refund when the project is completed.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Catried
Transfer Authorized
Motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund to the Sanitary Sewer Relief
Fund the sum of
($ )
Mr. Wynne put this on just for discussion purposes. Historically, the Village has always
transferred $200,000.00 from the General Fund to this fund. This amount was not budgeted to
be transferred this year. He just wanted to put this on here for discussion purposes before we
wrap up the end of the year to see if we want to do anything.

,-.
( 1
Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Wynne to explain how the Auditor looks at those funds.
