Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council January 30, 2006 Page 13 Mr. Buckholtz reminded everyone that we meet twice a month. All Committee meetings are open to the public, who are encouraged to ask questions and call their Council members. . A motion to authorize an expenditure to Ballash Press in an amount not to exceed $4,500.00 for the Spring issue of the Voice of the Village. Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure to Ballash Press in an amount not to exceed $4,500 for the Spring issue of the T/oice of the Village. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Mayor Rinker added that our goal is that by the summer issue, we will be doing the Voice of the Village in-house . A motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 for the Appreciation Dinner. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount not to exceed $15,000.00 for the Appreciation Dinner. Mr. Buckholtz added that the date of the Appreciation Dinner has changed to March l lt" at the Civic Center.
